About Serenity of Soul
Serenity of Soul (SOS) is a youth-led, trauma-informed mental health and healing initiative based in Kenya. Founded by Suad Abdulnassir, SOS was born out of lived experiences and a deep desire to address the silent mental health struggles faced by young people—especially those from underserved, low-income, and vulnerable communities.
